New Hampshire punk outfit Promise Game has just dropped their latest track, “Any Reason To Party” ft. Joshua Herzer of Lions Lions. “The release of “Any Reason To Party” is our way of giving fans something new and powerful,” explains the band, “This is something they won’t expect but won’t be able to stop listening to, especially after they hear the amazing vocal feature from Joshua Herzer! PG is just getting started, it’s time to party!”
The modern pop punk track is an anthemic party song meant for the masses, with a great mix of scream and clean vocals, punchy guitars, atmospheric keys and even some gang vocals! Produced and recorded by Matt Blanchette of Revelry Studios and mixed/mastered by Kyle Marchant, Promise Game also dropped a video for the track. Produced by Coop Flanders, the goal of the video was to have a good time. “This video is nothing but pure fun, themed around a beach party where PG is playing… but nobody really cares,” explains the band. “Shot a local NH watering hole the band frequents often, Colin even shaves his head (yea, really shaves his head after not getting a haircut since Covid started) to get people’s attention – but nothing works. Our featured vocalist, Joshua Herzer of Lions Lions, was also able to join us for the video shoot adding some amazing energy and hilarious vibes throughout the entire video!”
Lyrically relevant, creatively bound, and harmonically emphasized. Promise Game is a Southern NH “multi-genre” punk rock band, that finds balance between early 2000’s & modern day punk sounds. This group of long-time friends formed what is now known as “PG” in the early months of 2020, and released their debut EP It Won’t Be Long Now… on February 12, 2021. Early success behind their fan favorites “Take It Back” and Sheryl Crow cover “If It Makes You Happy” has made one thing clear – the PG family is always growing and these guys are showing no signs of slowing down.
