Myrtle Beach, SC alternative rapper Giant Fetus has released his newest single, “Penis Envy”. The track is an indie alternative hip hop track perfect for Tyler, the Creator, or Denzel Curry fans.
Of the song, Giant Fetus says “Penis Envy is a Freudian theory about the desire for the castration of a male due to an unconscious envious demeanor towards the penis owner. Personally, I think that’s pretty fitting for an artist who’s already been told to change his name and watch his mouth, but if you want to get personal, I’ve also been going to therapy and working on my passivity. This is my attempt to gain my dick back…”
The music was written and produced by Keith Lail. The song was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Daryl Cherry at Arcadian Studios in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Giant Fetus is an absurd rapper with a unique background. Having gone to college, earning a Master’s Degree to teach ELA classes, getting a “respectable job”, and then ditching it all to follow his dreams. He has many different influences including Kendrick Lamar, Kurt Vonnegut, Punk Rock, Existential Philosophy, and so much more. He is also a bisexual man who took way too long to come out but is currently on a path to becoming unapologetically himself. “The name “Giant Fetus” may seem offensive at first, but isn’t it interesting how people are made uncomfortable by the most common things like sex, death, or being a fetus?” says the rapper. “It’s literally a scientific term being put into a casual context. Fear not, the strange affect language has on people is exactly why I do this!”
Giant Fetus is performing on November 11th at Gator Tails in Myrtle Beach with Darling Waste, CyberTooth, Brian Roessler, and Solar Eclipse.
