On Monday, February 4, 2019, musician John Maus continued his winter tour with a headlining show at Brooklyn Steel in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He was last in the borough in May 2018 for a show at an amusement park (Deno’s Wonder Wheel Park at Coney Island) during Red Bull Music Festival.
For the current leg of the tour, Maus is joined by British singer-songwriter Nick Nicely who is best known for is 1982 song “Hilly Fields (1892).” Nicely performed his opening set that began at 8PM donning a scarf and was accompanied by another musician for his songs.
