Music Tastes Good set to return to Long Beach September 30 and October 1

For SoCal folks, the music festival season just got better with the announcement of Music Tastes Good 2017. Set to take place in Long Beach at the Marina Green Park, instead of the downtown streets like last year, upcoming headliners include weirdos Ween and girl noise of Sleater-Kinney. The lineup also includes East L.A. legends Los Lobos and Charles Bradley’s retro soul. Alt.country is represented Old 97’s and shoegaze masters Ride will also be on hand. Something for everyone, indeed.

Not everyone can afford the big bucks to trek to the desert of Coachella. That’s why L.A.’s FYF and Long Beach’s Music Taste Good gives those that are forced to stay local a few wonderful alternatives. It’s still months away, but this one tastes good already.
