Meanwhile, the first episode of WIRED’s new digital series “Neon Future Sessions” featuring STEVE AOKI interviewing some of the greatest minds to give insight into the future is also out now. In conjunction with NEON FUTURE I, the cultural tastemaker sits down with today’s cultural and technological visionaries to discuss how they see our world evolving in the future. The series kicks off with the inspiration for AOKI’s NEON FUTURE double album by interviewing, futurist Ray Kurzweil, an inventor and director of engineering at Google who redefined speech technology. AOKI talks with the famed futurist about how technology will shape our future, in terms of creativity, consciousness, and the coming singularity.
