When did you first know you wanted to become a musical artist? What was the first song you ever wrote?

I became inspired when I saw Ryan Leslie on YouTube creating a song from scratch from Bongos to Synths called “Addiction.” My first song was “Why”, an early 2000s uptempo R&B tune. Written by me but no, I don’t have it online for streaming lol.

Who are some of your top 5 musical influences?

Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson, The Weeknd, Kanye West, ToryLanez,

What’s in your IPOD this week?

PartyNextDoor

How’s the music scene in your locale?

It is not too bad out in the 508 depending on the season, winter-time slows up just like everywhere else but its still there like the DCU Center and Worcester Palladium. Now that we have new mandates, things are unclear as far as future shows go.

What do you like most about playing live?

I love the energy, the connection with people and the adrenaline rush to when I get in the zone of a performance.

Is there a song on your latest CD release here that stands out as your personal favorite, and why?

I really loved DONDA for its meaning and boldness. Breaking the mold of what hiphop and rap is.

What’s the best concert you’ve been to?

The best concert I have been to was when I opened up for A-boogie, Young Thug, and Fetty Wap at The Dunkin Donuts Center.

If you could meet, play a gig, co-write a song, have dinner, have a drink with any band or artist (dead or alive) who would it be?

J.Cole

What are your goals for the future?

Grow fanbase, build a community of artists and musicians to connect with fans via games and mobile apps, promote Virtuoso Lifestyle brand (clothing) and help community connect and grow through collaborative partnerships with major music outlets such as The Source, XXL, and other hip-hop sites.
