The intimate performance series Front and Center will film a new episode tonight at Village Studios in Los Angeles featuring Grammy Award winner Gary Clark JR premiering songs from his new album, This Land, which will be released worldwide on February 22nd. The performance will be streamed to Front and Center and Gary Clark Jr’s YouTube and Facebook pages. Front and Center has also partnered with KISWE Mobile’s interactive video app, Hangtime. Hang and watch with friends in a private room, like a personal concert! Hangtime is available on both iOS and android.

Gary Clark JR has been dubbed “The Chosen One” by critics for creating his personal trademark sound, which features distorted guitar sound and heavy use of improvisation paired with a soulful voice. He has shared the stage with musical legends including Eric Clapton, My Morning Jacket, B.B. King, and the Rolling Stones. Clark won the Grammy Award for Best Traditional R&B performance as well as the Blues Music Award for “Contemporary Blues Male Artist of the Year” two years in a row.
