Rising singer-songwriter act Front Porch Step, the acoustic solo project of Columbus, OH’s Jake Mcelfresh, has announced upcoming tour dates supporting The Madden Brothers. The shows will start in Los Angeles on November 17th and will wrap up in Washington, DC on November 24th. Tickets will go on sale this week.
“Joel and Benji played an acoustic set in my hometown a while back and my friends and were incredibly excited to see them because of how much we love Good Charlotte,” says Mcelfresh. “Some of the best nights of my life involved playing and screaming along to their records with my best friends. So excited to share the stage with the guys who wrote some of my Favorite songs. I am honored.”
Mcelfresh has been performing under the moniker Front Porch Step for the last several years, and has built a rabid fanbase along the way through word of mouth and online forums. He released his debut record Aware in 2013, which was well received by critics and fans alike.
Expect Front Porch Step in your city soon! Mcelfresh is currently on the road with the Pure Noise Records Tour, which is being headlined by State Champs with Handguns, Forever Came Calling, Heart To Heart and Brigades in support.
