Love Ghost is an alternative rock band from Los Angeles. While young in age (two of them are juniors in high school), these musicians have a genuine and developed grunge rock sound. The band is releasing their first full-length album “Lobotomy” on June 17th. The album was produced by Eric Lilivois and was recorded at London Bridge Studios in Seattle & NRG Studios in Los Angeles. Their sound has been compared to Alice in Chains and Smashing Pumpkins, amongst other throwback rock greats. Their music is influenced by the teenagers’ personal experiences of addiction, mental illness, heartache, love and coming of age. Love Ghost has opened for Smash Mouth, The Young Dubliners, Berlin and Buckcherry. They have played Echo Park Rising (3 years running), Make Music Pasadena (twice),
Tar Fest, the Our Life Festival and CicLAvia. Venues the band has played include – The Roxy, The Troubadour, The Echo, The Vera Project (Seattle), The Whiskey a Go Go, The Rose and The Canyon Club (to name a few).
