Nashville-based alternative rock artist Lindsey opens up about battling her all-consuming depression with her latest single “Save Me.” The first of five singles to be a part of her musical series, “Out of the Ashes” focuses on the importance of resilience.
“I was constantly battling this feeling that no one could hear me. But I would rather fight each day of my life than give into the demons that chase me,” the artist explains.
Growing up battling depression, Lindsey hopes to encourage her listeners and show them that “hope and redemption are for everyone.” She will go through her journey of self-reflection, discovery and redemption in the five tracks for “Out of the Ashes.” With truly vulnerable vocals, she genuinely speaks to the heart of humanity.
“I want people to know they don’t have to be stuck in their current situation.Ultimately, I want to give people hope that they can overcome something they didn’t think they could.”
