Nate DiRuzza Features Latin Influences In “Playa del Amor”

Adventurous and fulfilling, Nate DiRuzza shocks listeners with newest Spanish-influenced single, “Playa del Amor.” The soft rock ballad has a Latin feel, but DiRuzza wanted to stay clear of the pop sound, so he landed on using real instruments rather than drum loops or pop-sounding keys.

DiRuzza’s versatility is evident throughout the song, with influences from Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, and Camila Cabello— the finished product features a “Hotel California” vibe. “I hope ‘Playa del Amor is played everywhere. I can see it being played in loud dance clubs, yet also quiet, laid-back bars,” DiRuzza explains. “It’s perfect for a car drive, especially on a hot day, and of course at a beach.”

The seductive melody puts listeners in the shoes of being on a tropical vacation and meeting an intoxicating stranger who turns the night upside down. The opportunities are endless on “Playa del Amor,” and Nate DiRuzza lives it to the fullest.
