Gallery: The Marías at Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas, NV 01/26/22

The Marías recently kicked off their Cinema Tour with a sold out opening night at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas and delivered an absolutely stellar performance. Checkout our gallery of shots from the night and be sure to catch the band if they come near you!

Upon arriving at the venue, I started to get the feeling that this show would be incredibly energetic and more of an experience than watching a performance. Knowing this show was sold-out, it should have come as no surprise when I witnessed the line to get in stretching from the venue’s doors all the way back to Las Vegas Blvd!

By the time The Marías hit the stage, it was extremely clear that it was indeed a sold-out show. Fans packed the floors, the side bowling alleys, and the second level above the rest of the crowd. The venue was incredibly packed…perhaps more than I can recall in recent years in fact.

Early into The Marías’ performance, several audience members were in need of medical help and thankfully, others got the attention of the band and they stopped the show (several times) in order to allow security to render aid quick and orderly. Multiple announcements were made so that everyone knew water was available if needed. Major kudos and thanks to The Marías and Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas staff for handling this professionally and in a very timely manner.

Once everyone seemed ok, the band continued their set which consisted (naturally) mainly of Cinema songs along with a few older ones as well. The entire night felt as though we part of a living painting with colors provided by the catchy beats, lush vocals and melodies, and exquisite textures. Believe me, everyone left Brooklyn Bowl with a smile on their face! What a wonderful night and on a personal note, this was my first time being back at this venue since the pandemic and I could not have imagined a more amazing night to be back! Again, I have to offer major kudos to The Marías and Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas staff for their professionalism and making sure all those in the building were safe and cared for. That only made the night even better knowing our safety was well cared for and we could all enjoy the music.

The Marías will continue their CINEMA TOUR throughout February and early March in the USA. The band will play Coachella in April, then head to Europe in May. The Marías will then wrap up current tour scheduling back in the USA in June and July.
