The world of music, and live music at that, has been on hold for a while; but the year 2022 is predicted to be the year that the music festival as we knew it makes a committed comeback. This article will look to provide some idea of what’s coming, but also some ideas as to how to prepare.

  • Kings of Leon, various dates in June and July 2022.
  • Stereophonics Dec 21 – April 22. These dates are mainly in the UK, but are well worth traveling for.

This is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what’s hot and what will be available in 2022.

A substantial number of live shows have had to be canceled, promoters and performers alike have made huge losses, and many have had to find other ways to make a living; so the return of live music events is expected to take off in a big way in 2022. The key to keep in mind is that the world as we know it and live entertainment in particular has changed and there will definitely be some aspects of the live music logistics and access that have had to be adjusted. Many have already noted that there is a much less-streamlined process to gaining entry, buying tickets, and actually within the stadium or venue itself. Here are a few tips to keep you prepared.

Be prepared to wait a little longer
