Review: I Met A Yeti’s “Opulence” Is An Instant Classic For Swancore Fans

Orlando, Florida Swancore/post-hardcore outfit I Met A Yeti is back with “Opulence”, the first single off of an as yet untitled EP.

The song is perfect for fans of Dance Gavin Dance and Swancore in general. I Met A Yeti stands out from the pack with Daisy Chamberland’s incredible vocals over top of the technical, intricate songwriting and performing. The track features the progressive, math rock style of the genre while managing to be a fun listen all around; switching from chill to dancy and back all while somehow sounding cohesive and well thought out.

“Opulence” is a must for Swancore fans.
