Watch Greta Van Fleet’s New Music Video for “Age of Machine”

Greta Van Fleet has released a cryptic new music video for their latest single “Age of Machine” off their forthcoming sophomore album The Battle At Garden’s Gate. Available April 16th, 2021, the new album will also feature recent single “My Way, Soon” which the band recently performed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. You can catch that performance here.

Regarding the new video released today, fans will inevitably go back and forth on the hidden messages throughout the seven minute long visual spectacle. Obvious themes of climate change and corporate greed are present, but it’s the “Area 51” vibes and feelings of escapism that make this film truly equivocal. The video was co-directed by Greta Van Fleet and Matthew Daniel Siskin.
