Gathering Of Strangers return with new single ‘No Remorse’

Manchester band Gathering Of Strangers return today with rousingly anthemic new single ‘No Remorse’.  It follows the release of previous singles ‘Lady’ and ’Nice Hair’ which received radio plays on BBC Radio 6 (Chris Hawkins), Kerrang Radio, and XS Manchester.

Recorded at Hope Mill Recording Studios in Manchester, you can stream it below:

Talking about the inspiration behind the track, lead singer Conor Rabone explains “The song tries to align the beauty and tragedy that lies behind family relationships, that some people may experience.  Lyrically it speaks from an outsiders perspective, hopefully giving the listener a certain type of comfort and appreciation when listening to the lyrics. Knowing the emotive implications that the song may have, we were never going to make a video that highlighted the subject so directly. In turn we focused all our energy on the love and positivity that you can draw from the song”.

It comes backed with a video by Hayleigh McCullough and lead singer Conor Rabone:

Conor explains “We took an old tape recorder, that most people may have used growing up with their families and tried to capture the beauty that lies within our own personal family that we call our band. We hope that when watching the video, viewers can lose themselves in the song and find peace in their own experiences”.

Having sold out hometown shows at Night People, Soup Kitchen, and YES Basement, and also played support to the likes of Third Eye Blind, Electric Six, Morcheeba and Luka State, you can catch Gathering Of Strangers at the below dates:

March 28     YANA Festival, Manchester
