Dear festival fans, following the success of the cashless system last year, we are renewing the experience for this new edition !
Thanks to the chip attached to your entry wristband, you are able to pay for all your purchases at all equipped spots (bars, restaurants, hearing protections, camping H2O and Big Wheel).
Simple, fast and secured, this system saves you a precious time and allows you to fully enjoy the festival from the very first moment of the gates’ opening.
You can already create and credit your account by entering to the dedicated section “Cashless” on our website : www.hellfest.fr.
For that, you will need to provide your bar code number appearing on your first day festival ticket ( Knotfest included ) in order to create your account. At your arrival, the amount you have already credited your account with, will be transferred directly at the moment of your ticket scan.
Warning : your wristband is your “wallet” for the week-end ! Please keep your wristband safe until the moment of your departure.

🎪 KNOTFEST 🎪
Cashless will also be available for the KNOTFEST event on Thursday, June 20.
Based on the same principle as the one of the Hellfest festival, you can realize all your purchases thanks to the chip attached to your entry wristband.
At the end of Thursday’s concerts, you can use the remaining credit for the rest of the week-end if you got a Hellfest ticket. You don’t have to create a second online account !
Therefore, you can continue to top up with this same account until the end of the festival.
This one is linked to your wristband, so please keep it safe.
