Gallery: Jake E. Lee’s Red Dragon Cartel at The Forge – Joliet, IL 3.13.19

Jake E. Lee (who rose to fame as a member of Ozzy Osbourne’s band on the Bark At The Moon and Ultimate Sin albums in the 80’s)’s Red Red Dragon Cartel is back on the road  in support of the group’s ambitious second album, Patina. The group played the Chicago market with a stop at The Forge in Joliet on March 13, 2019.

The band, featuring Jake E. Lee on guitar, Anthony Esposito on bass, Phil Varone on drums, and singer Darren James Smith, are modern day hard rock. Fans of Jake’s post Ozzy band, Badlands, will feel right at home with the current group’s vibe… and the band has been performing the Badlands hit, High Wire, in recent shows.
