COIN have been making a splash this fall with two new, alt-pop songs, “Simple Romance” and “Cemetery.” Produced by Mark Foster and Isom Innis (Foster the People), both tracks have a combined over 1 million streams on Spotify and will be featured on band’s forthcoming, third studio album out in 2019 on Columbia Records.
These new releases follow the success of the band’s sophomore album, How Will You Know If You Never Try. The 11-track album features COIN’s widely-popular songs “I Don’t Wanna Dance,” Alternative Radio hit “Talk Too Much,” and stripped-down ballad “Malibu 1992.”
COIN is made up of Chase Lawrence, Joe Memmel, and Ryan Winnen and have made a name for themselves with their modern approach to their alternative-pop hits. The band’s memorable live stage presence landed them a sold-out headline U.S. tour. They have opened for The 1975, Young The Giant, Passion Pit and made debut appearances at major music festivals such as Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Firefly Festival, and Life is Beautiful. Together, their ability to craft undeniably catchy songs have garnered them 100+ million streams on Spotify.
