twenty one pilots Announce New Album and Tour, Release Two New Songs


Grammy-winning electronic emo duo twenty one pilots have broken their year-long silence with some very big announcements on Wednesday morning. twenty one pilots announced their return with the release of two new songs, “Jumpsuit” and “Nico and the Niners” providing an accompanying music video for the latter. Both tracks are taken from their upcoming 5th studio album, titled TRENCH due out October 5th via Fueled by Ramen.

TRENCH will be promoted by an arena headlining tour this fall. twenty one pilots’ last album, BLURRYFACE debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 upon its release in 2015 and has since achieved triple platinum status while also producing the Grammy winning single “Stressed Out.” BLURRYFACE broke several chart records and made history becoming the first album in the history of recorded music on which every song achieved gold status.
