SINGLE REVIEW: Phillip Broussard “All Over Again”

Phillip Broussard’s song titled, “All Over Again” is an acoustic song featuring a solo acoustic guitar with vocals. One feature that stood out throughout the song was the usage of harmonics on the guitar, which was cool to see placed in the song. This song has a smooth flow which is easy for the listener to digest. The chorus is filled with a catchy melodic flow of the vocals, however I hear the potential for vocal harmonies to be added in to further enhance the melody and vocals of Phillip. Aside from this, I think the choice of making this exclusively an acoustic song is a good one as it really fits the mood of the song. The lyrics are meaningful and captures the listener’s attention to absorb what the story is telling. The song sits nicely at just under four minutes long. Overall, Phillip has done a great job with “All Over Again.”
