Thrice Sign to Epitaph Records, Announce US Tour, Debut New Song “The Grey”

Orange county hard rock outfit Thrice have announced their signing to Epitaph Records. In the press notes the band states,  “We grew up listening to and being inspired by Epitaph bands, and have always admired and respected the label’s independent spirit and ethics,” said the band in a statement. “To finally be a part of the family there is an absolute honor, and we couldn’t be more excited about our future with them.”

Along with the annoucement of their signing comes a new song, “The Grey” and a new US headline tour coming this fall.

Thrice originally made their mark on the post-hardcore/emo scene of the early 2000’s with albums such as The Alchemy Index Vols. I – IV and Vheissu. After going on hiatus in 2011, Thrice returned in 2016 with the album To Be Everywhere Is to Be Nowhere which was widely considered one of the best rock albums of the year.
