Repping the rugged streets of West Baltimore, HotBoy Slick is a 23 year old artist with an ill flow and bars for days. Although naturally labeled as a rapper, Slick was raised on both Hip Hop and R&B so he incorporates both in his own music and considers himself more “artist” than just rapper. Although he has bubbled in the streets of Baltimore for the last few years, he put his heart & soul into his new single in hopes that it will break him into the mainstream. The single is called Drug Musik and is a smooth bass heavy track which features Mr. Young Jefe himself….Shy Glizzy. The song got into the hands of some local DJ’s before it was even mastered and ended up getting not only spins in the local clubs, but also on 92Q, Baltimore’s #1 urban station. With the official release now hit, HotBoy Slick hopes his new single can not only take the entire country by storm, but can also thrust himself and his talent into the mainstream.
