The Front Bottoms Announce New Album “Going Grey,” Fall US Tour

The Front Bottoms have announced details of their new album, “Going Grey” arrives worldwide on Friday, October 13th via Fueled by Ramen Records.

Produced by The Front Bottoms and Nick Furlong at studios in London, Texas, California, New Jersey, and Connecticut, “Going Grey” will be available for pre-order beginning Friday, September 8th. The album is heralded by the lead track, “Raining,” available today on iTunes and via streaming services the track’s official music video – directed by Ryan Baxley – is now on YouTube.

The New Jersey-based band has also announced a U.S. headline tour with special guests Basement and Bad Bad Hats. The coast-to-coast trek is set to commence Thursday, October 19th at Boston, MA’s House of Blues and then continue into November. Presale tickets for the upcoming tour will be on sale to members of The Front Bottoms’ “Motorcycle Club” beginning Wednesday, August 23rd at 12 pm (local); Ticketmaster presale begins that same day at noon local. Spotify and local presales start on Thursday, August 24th at 10 am local. All presales end Thursday, August 24th at 10 pm local. Remaining tickets for all dates will go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 25th at 12 pm local. All tickets purchased online will receive an instant download of Going Grey upon its October 13th release.

Comprised of guitarist/vocalist Brian Sella and drummer Mathew Uychich, the New Jersey-based band made their Fueled By Ramen debut with 2015’s acclaimed studio album, “Back on Top,” highlighted by singles “HELP” and “Cough It Out” – the latter named by NPR Music as one of its “Favorite Songs Of 2015.”
