Don’t Miss Indie-Hip Hop Trio RDGLDGRN Live On Tour Across The United States

After a short hiatus, RDGLDGRN  is back with the release of their second EP, Red Gold Green 2. It’s impossible to pin this group to one singular genre, but they are influenced by everything from punk, hip hop, jazz, indie rock, soul, and the sounds of their hometown: Washington D.C.  This eclectic indie-hip hop trio are often summarized as what could be the lovechild of The Neptunes and Arcade Fire–they even worked with The Neptunes frontman Pharrell for production on their first album.

Their latest single, “Opera,” features Wu Tang’s own Method Man, while the video showcases compelling visuals that make interesting commentary about how people in America are being mistreated today. Though this group previously released fairly light-hearted, entertaining music, it’s clear now that things are getting political.

You can catch RDGLDGRN on a tour with The Expendables & Tribal Theory throughout the United States through their last date in Monterey, CA on May 28th.

Be sure to pre-order their new album and check out their one-of-a-kind live experience they’re in your city.
