Made in 8 is a European House music duo consist of Djs and Producers Denis Cecan and Konstantin Podyachev.
Denis Cecan is from Chisninau, Moldova. He officially started as a DJ in 2005 with the stage name Den Kayo. In 2010, he moved to the United States and immediately started Djing at a club called Nighttown in Florida. He quickly moved his way up and performed at the biggest and hottest nightclub in the state called La Vela which had a nightly capacity of 6,000 people. In 2013, he moved to Los angles and started to DJ at celebrity private events and clubs.
Konstantin Podyachev is originally from Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia. He took the solo stage name Afex, which he performed at numerous festivals and nightclubs in Europe. Since 2002, He has been in the studio working as a sound engineer, producer, and songwriter. He has worked with all types of genres such as Rock, Jungle, Trance and House music. In 2014, he moved to Los Angeles to open a recording studio.
Denis and Konstantin met in Los Angeles. In 2014, they decided to team together to create Made in 8. Made in 8 has launched their own radio show called “Stereo News” in which they had weekly guests that are signed on labels such as Armada Music, Black Hole Recordings, Doorn Records, Ultra, Alter Ego Records, High Contrasts and many more. They are currently residents of Ibiza Time Radio (Ibiza Spain), 93.9 Play FM (Panama City Florida), Chill Lover Radio (New York), and TrancEuphoria (Ukraine).
Made in 8 play alongside with artists like Vicetone, Showtek, Dannic, and Borgeous. They are winners of Beatport: Contest for Giuseppe Ottaviani’s Label “Go on Air Recordings” (Black Hole Recordings).
Made in 8 is actively touring in United States, Russia, and Europe. They are currently working on their new album. Through their enthusiasm and dedication to music Made in 8 purpose is to create music to inspire individuals to do whatever they love without hesitation.
