Born in LA this 23 year old Hip-Hop artist coming out of Orange County, California is a talented and RAW lyricist who is fun to watch perform Live putting up quit the show with high energy and dope delivery, this young MC is on a mission to resurrect hip-hop.
In his new song “Brain Damage” produced by DJ Hoppa is a banger instrumental with deep piano melodies and true hip hop roots with bass that hits and a new age modern twist. Produced by former Funk Volume member and creator of Broken Complex Records, DJ Hoppa. Lyrically J.R.O.D. Goes into depth with relatable yet slightly controversial lyrics about politics, propaganda and manipulation of the minds within the U.S. and the rest of the world and how it can affect us. “This up and coming artist is the epitome of hip-hop’s future, telling a story in his songs and delivering a deep meaningful yet relatable message.” said DJ Zole of Speach Impediments. His new EP “Just Running On a Dream” is currently in the works, ironically the title of the project is also the acronym for his name, J.R.O.D. No drop date is final yet, but he plans on releasing the EP sometime in October or November.
