UK’s Better Days Release New Music Video

Newcastle upon Tyne pop-punk band Better Days has released a new music video for their single “This House”. The track is from the band’s upcoming EP Overcast.

We’re all extremely excited for the new EP,” says drummer Sam Sutcliffe. “We’ve had so much fun writing and recording these songs and the result has really made us proud of what we’ve created. We can’t wait for what’s next and we just hope everyone likes the songs!

In true DIY fashion, the video was shot and edited by the band’s vocalist Graeme Costello with help from their friend Chelsea Rowntree. “We had two locations for shooting,” says Costello. “The live performances of the video were shot in our drummer Sam’s garage and the cut scenes were shot by the river in Sam’s hometown of Prudhoe.

About Better Days:
Inspired by their love of the pop punk, Better Days have created their take on the genre they grew up with. Taking influences from a wide range of bands and artists, the band have strived to attempt a record with songs that draw influence from modern day pop punk bands whilst still paying homage to the pop punk/emo genre of the early 2000’s. The bands debut EP, Overcast, sees the Newcastle based band combine all the elements of music they love into their own fast paced, hard hitting tracks. Better Days may be a new venture but the band are already very familiar with each other after spending 3 years together in Second Place Hero. With the inception of Better Days, the band have moved forward towards a more mature, progressive sound which they have strived hard to create. Since officially launching in February 2016 after nearly a year of planning, the trio sold out their first ever show and have signed to New York based management group Word Is Bond Inc.
