The Struts confirm new July & August headlining U.S. tour dates!

U.K. rockers The Struts will continue to tour in support of their breakout debut album Everybody Wants, with new headlining dates confirmed in July and August, Dorothy will open. The band’s worldwide summer tour also includes major festivals such as Lollapalooza, Shaky Knees, Hangout, and Bottlerock. See thestruts.rtouring.com for details.

The Struts have been touring nonstop both stateside and abroad since forming. At the end of last year, they were handpicked by legendary rock band Mötley Crüe to open the show on their final four performances ever. The band also supported The Rolling Stones in Paris and, most recently, opened for The Killers on a recent tour stop. NPR’s “Pop Culture Happy Hour” celebrates the band’s “amazing performance,” which is highlighted in their video for their latest single “Kiss This.”

In addition, the live performance video of “Put Your Money On Me” premieres via Billboard who says, “the quartet…does not skimp on the sonic bombast.”

Everybody Wants continues to receive widespread critical acclaim—Rolling Stone recently featured the band as an “Artist to Watch,” hailing “The Struts are a proudly retro crew with a frontman who won’t be denied arena-size glory.” T: The New York Times Style Magazine furthers, “The Struts are headed for big things,” while Interview Magazine praises the music as “some of the truest glam-rock known to the 21st century.”

Everybody Wants follows the band’s 2015 EP Have You Heard, featuring the hit song “Could Have Been Me,” which cracked the Top 5 at Modern Rock radio, hit #1 on Spotify’s viral chart and received nearly 3.2 million Vevo/YouTube views. The band also performed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and on “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”

The Struts, who formed in Derby, England in 2012, are Luke Spiller (lead vocals), Adam Slack (guitar), Jed Elliott (bass) and Gethin Davies (drums).
