The From Here To Mars Tour stopped in Allston, MA. We The Kings, along with AJR, She is We, Elena Coats and Brother James played a sold out show at the Brighton Music Hall on Friday. The band kicked of their high energy set with an oldie but goodie, Skyway Avenue, followed up by She Takes Me High. By the fifth song, Travis was already deciding to teach the crowd some dance moves stating he wanted everyone to think, “Did we really do that?” right before they went to bed that night, and everyone fully committed to these dance moves they had just learned. The set was full of jokes as well, introducing Secret Valentine as a song Travis had wrote about “The first time I played Tetris with a female.” They finished up the set with one of their more well known and fan favorites, Check Yes Juliet. Overall they did not disappoint.
