Clockwork Ruins Releases New Album

Clockwork Ruins‘ sole member, Jason Freeman, provides all of the band’s vocals, guitars, bass and drums. He began playing guitar at age 12, bass at age 13 and picked up drums through osmosis by playing with a string of very talented drummers through the years. His influences are Led Zeppelin, Stone Temple Pilots, AC/DC, Soundgarden, Rage Against the Machine and Queens of the Stone Age (among others). Phil Arvia, a Chiacgo-area reporter had this to say about the album: “From the opening notes of ‘Record Store Rock,’ Four & Twenty bakes a rocking, riff-filled pie of awesomeness.
