NYC Stands for the Troops Veterans Day Concert Nov. 11 – Tix on sale Today

Stand for the Troops (SFTT), a nonprofit committed to helping American warriors survive the rigors of war and return home well enough to reclaim their lives, today announced NYC STANDS FOR THE TROOPS, a Veterans Day benefit concert Wednesday, November 11 at 7:00pm in New York City.

This evening of star-studded entertainment features: (in alphabetical order) Little Anthony, Michael Bacon, Jonatha Brooke, David & Sophie Buskin, Clint de Ganon, Lea Delaria, Yaron Gershovsky, Robbie Kondor, Bettye LaVette, Will Lee, The Manhattan Transfer, John McCurry, Jennifer Pacanowski, Vincent Pastore, Paul Shaffer and a special guest appearance by Judy Collins.

Tickets, priced at $60, $100, $500, $1000, will be available online at Ticketfly.com (plus facility and Ticketfly fees) and by calling 1-877-987-6487.  A limited number of complimentary tickets will available to Veterans, serving soldiers and their families.

Stand for the Troops is a 501(c)3 Educational Foundation established by the late Col. David H. Hackworth and his wife, Eilhys England, in 1997 to demand and insure that our frontline troops receive the best available leadership, training and equipment to help them complete their missions and promotes promising new treatments for TBI and PTS, provides financial support and programs to help our troubled and lost warriors recover their lives.
