Korpiklaani Announce North American Tour with Ensiferum

Finnish folk-metal originators KORPIKLAANI are set to release their ninth full length studio album Noita, on May 1^st(Europe) and May 4^th (N. America) via Nuclear Blast. Noita is the first KORPIKLAANI release to feature new accordion player Sami Perttula. Perttula’s joining the band has added another dimension in the band’s folk arrangements alongside Fiddler Tuomas Rounakari. The album was recorded at Petrax Studios with musician and producer Aksu Hanttu.  Jan Yrlund (MANOWAR, SIRENIA etc), of Darkgrove Design, created the artwork. Yrlund has created all of the KORPIKLAANI artwork in recent years and once again has come up with another masterpiece.
