THE ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE: ALMOST KINGS Launch Fan Focused Indiegogo Campaign

Rock/Hiphop ATLiens Almost Kings have created a very unique way to involve their fans in the process of recording their new album. With new perks added every week, Almost Kings have launched a completely fan focused indiegogo campaign that will offer band historical items as well as opportunities to be directly involved with the making of the album and the production of their signature live shows.

The featured perk this week is “Tech For A Day” which gives one lucky fan the opportunity to shadow an AK tech at soundcheck and pre-show. Not only does this perk include a side stage seat at the show, recipients also get a digital download of the new album. Additional perks include pre-show cookouts with the band, tickets to an Almost Kings VIP listening party in Atlanta before the album’s release, a “golden ticket” which is a guest list for LIFE, exclusive skateboard decks, contributor only limited edition t-shirts, handwritten lyrics of your choice to you from Boze, and also historical items that will be used in the making of the album such as drum heads, drum sticks, guitar picks, and guitars – the band will even include a document describing the item’s authenticity and how it was used on the album.

Knee-deep in the shuddering world of the music industry where cash powered mediocrity can often crowd out hard working independents it’s important now more than ever for artists today to truly connect with fans in every aspect of their musical mission.

“This is our chance to make our mark on music. Our chance to truly change the game, not just for us but the industry we are in. Break the pattern of cookie cutter rock. By being involved in this campaign, you hold the future of Almost Kings in your hands. The most rewarding part about being an artist is seeing the positive impact our music has on other people. A new album not only gives us the opportunity to put out new music, but it gives us all the opportunity to positively affect this world through our music. ” adds AK frontman Boze.

Praised for their infamous one finger power chords and “you just had to be there” live show sets, Almost Kings invite you to join in their mission to escape from the burdens of everyday life through the power and perseverance of independent music. All are worthy, come join the chance to change the game.
