Lions Named Leo

The band was formed in Bakersfield California in mid-2009 under the name “JUKEBOXX”
appearing at many venues around central California. After some member changes and more originals being brought into the mix, the band changed their name to…
“LIONS NAMED LEO”.
The band consists of Sam drums/vocals Tee guitar/vocals Nohawk Rob bass/vocals Joe vocals/trumpet
All the members have been playing professionally all their lives and have their own musical styles, as well as bio’s, that are the key to the unique sound of the band. LNL has received an awesome response anytime the band has performed live, especially recently when they opened for “ADEMA”, and at the Hard Rock Café Hollywood, CA!
Now, with Grammy winning Manager/Promoter Dennis Rubenstein & team, these Lions are ready to pounce!

With two lead vocalists and a trumpet their sound is a refreshing blend of ska, reggae, rock, punk & funk.
