Beastie Boy Mike D made a killer Punk/Trap mix

Not sure what Trap is? well neither am I really, and it’s been explained to me a few times. All’s you need to know is this mix is pretty awesome. I’m not really into the whole electronic stuff but this is really good.

Mike D recently put together the ‘Humberto Vs The New Reactionaries: Christine and The Queens Remixx’ (that’s a mouth full) for the fashion label Kenzo’s Spring/Summer 2014 show.

Using punk bands Black Flag, Circle Jerks and Bad Brains and making a trap mix is pretty bad ass.

This is really the first we’ve heard from the Beastie Boys since the passing of Adam Yauch (MCA) with the exception of an announced memoir due out fall of 2015.

Give it a listen, it is a bit long, about 10 min, but it’s pretty fun!
