New York City’s alternative indie-folk songstress, Kayleigh Goldsworthy, recently stepped out on her own, unveiling a fresh, captivating sound to the world earlier this year. She has spent much of this new journey crafting her deeply personal songs acoustically on stage, while opening for the likes of Against Me!, The Mezingers, Vinnie Caruana, Lights and a guest slot on the 2012 and 2013 Revival Tour. Tuesday, July 2nd, Kayleigh will be joining The Front Bottoms and A Great Big Pile of Leaves for a show at her hometown venue, Syracuse, NY’s The Lost Horizon. Her set will be Ustreamed live for fans, which can catch her performance at 7:45pm EST, here: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/kayleigh-goldsworthy
Recently, Goldsworthy unleashed her first single “Where The Summer Goes”, a new song off her forthcoming debut solo effort, Burrower. An early demo version of the track was featured on The Revival Tour 2012 Collection compilation. Listen to “Where The Summer Goes” on SoundCloud, here:
