Tay is an up and coming MC hailing from Chicago but currently living in Miami. He’s been making a name for himself on the local underground Miami scene. So much so that he has landed himself a distribution deal via Famous/Fontana/Universal Music Group. With new deal in tow, but still virtually unknown, Tay decided to bless us with his 1st visual as a signed artist, “The Scottish Man”.
